Qualifications:
• Ability to develop rapport with clients and maintain strong working relationships
• Pursues work with insatiable energy and drive
• Demonstrates a high level of creativity and an interest in Interior Design
• Capable negotiator
• Clearly communicates & effectively listens to clients wants, needs, and desires
• High School graduate required, higher education a plus
• Prior sales experience a plus
• Able to work varied shifts, hours and days, and weekends

Typical Duties of our Sales Associates/Design Consultants would include:
• Responsible for creating sales utilizing exceptional customer service and knowledge of La-Z-Boy products.
• Work with customers to create beautiful rooms and achieve personal sales goals
• Suggest coordinating ideas and display fabric selections to assist customers with special orders
• Demonstrate and instruct customers on the proper use of furniture
• Ensure each customer has an informative, positive experience
